A little bit about us…

Located just outside Dunfermline in picturesque Fife, The Cheeky Hound is a family-owned and operated company specialising in wedding and event prop, decor, furniture and games hire in Scotland. Established in 2020, we bring five years of wedding and event expertise, along with a decade of corporate event planning experience, ensuring you're in capable and highly organised hands.

Why are we called The Cheeky Hound I hear you ask…? Back in 2014 we were lucky enough to rescue a Basset cross, who provided us with limitless amounts of inspiration for how to do things your own way. Whilst we sadly lost our gorgeous boy in December 2022, his boundless spirit lives on.

The Cheeky Hound offers a fabulous and eclectic collection of props for you to choose from - your individual style perfectly sourced for you with no hassle or stress (or wondering what to do with 20 storm lanterns after your event!). Always on the lookout for new props to grow the collection, we love sourcing those perfect finishing touches to match each individual brief.

95% of our items are pre-loved as we fully support the reduce, reuse, recycle ethos. Sustainable and stylish, what’s not to love! So, if you’re having a wedding or celebration of any kind, large or small - we would love to help.
